Hello, my dears. How are you today?
I have been meaning to show you what I was making with the pompoms but the weather had other plans. This morning though the sun was shining and so I was finally able to take the pics.
So without any further waffle, I announce The That Time of Year Trees (I refuse to say Christmas until at least November).....
Now I realise that these are a little unusual and I nearly didn't share them because my mother laughed herself silly at them but if I thought what the heck, no harm in making people laugh is there?

Laugh? Why laugh?! They are made of awesome and I want some!
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, good enough to eat!!

Mums !
ReplyDeleteMine barely acknowledges my makes, she's an artist who thinks craft is a bit inferior to her passion. Thats another reason I love blogland for crochet enthusiasts.
Your trees are great , Beautiful colours, the pom poms are genius, love them:0)

ReplyDeleteI LOVE them! They remind me of Festive (is it ok to say that word?) Daleks! I think they're dead clever! Lots of love, Amanda xxx
ReplyDeleteMe, on the other hand. find these threes very original, creative and beautiful! I appreciate unusual things!

ReplyDeleteLove them!...You know, last year my 'that time of year' decs were very brightly coloured. My mum didn't get it either, but why does it just have to be red and white or gold or silver? I LOVE LOVE LOVE what you have made! Here's to colour........that's what I say! he he xxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteThey made me smile a lot in a good way. I could see them cheering up a lot of nooks and crannies around here. Think you've got a winner there as we all love them.
